Painted Rock Academy hosted its first Read-In on April 18th. Volunteers from a wide range of occupations read students passages from books and spoke about the importance of reading in their careers. The Painted Rock Organization of Parents (PROP) then donated copies of the books read to classroom libraries. The event reinforces our students’ love for quality literature and brings positive role models into our school. We look forward to this becoming an annual spring event.
